Digital For Non Profit: digitale e non profit, a San Patrignano per il D4NP
Misurare la temperatura dello stato di salute del digitale nel mondo non profit è sempre più interessante. L’economia sociale in Italia gode di ottima salute e il digitale è uno strumento dalle enormi potenzialità per poter sviluppare ulteriormente le realtà protagoniste quali le organizzazioni, le cooperative e le imprese non profit.
Senza l’apporto del terzo settore nella produzione dei servizi, l’Italia non si troverebbe ad avere un welfare ai livelli attuali. Inoltre, la crescita del non profit porta sviluppo e crescita occupazionale, oltre che supportare l’intero paese in un momento di crisi economica che si fatica a lasciare alle spalle (il non profit rappresenta quasi il 4% del PIL).
Per fare il punto della situazione la Search On Media Group, in collaborazione con la Comunità San Patrignano (grazie al supporto di Accenture e IGPDecaux), ha organizzato D4NP – Digital For Non Profit, un evento gratuito rivolto agli esperti del digitale e operatori del mondo delle ONP, startup e appassionati, oltre ai rappresentanti del mondo delle aziende e delle istituzioni.
Il 16 settembre è la data prevista per questo importante appuntamento, il primo in Italia a proporre una panoramica per sondare in tempo reale lo stato del digitale nel mondo non profit. Numerosi gli interventi in programma, tra cui spiccano il Viceministro dello Sviluppo Economico Teresa Bellanova e il Managing Director di Google Italia Vaccarono.
Un’occasione per condividere conoscenze, strumenti, esperienze e fare networking per analizzare e comprendere come le realtà che operano nel e con il terzo settore possano sfruttare e utilizzare al meglio le potenzialità del digitale.
«Il Mondo del terzo settore è in crescita nell’economia italiana: più di 300.000 realtà con 1 milione di lavoratori retribuiti e con un volume economico che supera i 64 miliardi di euro all’anno. È un settore che sta vincendo grandi sfide, anche grazie al digitale», commenta Cosmano Lombardo, CEO Search On Media Group e Ideatore D4NP. «Nonostante questo trend di crescita, però, le ONP hanno ampi margini di miglioramento, soprattutto dal punto di vista della comunicazione digitale. Secondo la recente ricerca “Donare 3.0” condotta da Doxa per PayPal e Rete Del Dono, solo il 60% delle realtà dispone di un sito mobile friendly. E all’orizzonte non sembra nemmeno esserci spazio per ulteriori investimenti su questo fronte. Altro dato interessante, infine, riguarda le donazioni online: il 63% degli utenti afferma di non farle per una mancanza di trasparenza, prerogativa fondamentale di qualsiasi azione online. È arrivato, quindi, il momento di fare il punto sullo stato dell’arte digitale per il mondo non profit. Era da qualche anno che in Search On avevamo sviluppato il format e aperto il “cantiere” per questo evento. È una nuova sfida per me e per il nostro team e siamo molto felici di intraprendere questo percorso insieme alla Comunità di San Patrignano, partner importante e di riferimento su temi sociali. Un evento atteso dal mondo del non profit che si terrà all’interno di San Patrignano. Il presidente della comunità Antonio Tinelli spiega la motivazione che ha portato all’organizzazione di questo momento di confronto: «San Patrignano e il digitale potrebbero sembrare due realtà molto distanti fra loro, ma non è così. Da qualche anno la comunità ha iniziato a sfruttare il digitale per tutte le sue attività. È fondamentale per il recupero e per il nostro progetto di prevenzione, ma ancor più per la formazione professionale dei nostri ragazzi, grazie alla quale siamo già riusciti a reinserire otto ragazzi. Infine il mondo digitale si sta verificando fondamentale per comunicare la nostra mission e nell’attività di raccolta fondi. Il digitale è diventato fondamentale per noi e vogliamo condividere con tutto il mondo del non profit l’importanza di questo strumento».
Programma e ospiti
Durante la prima edizione di D4NP, in programma sabato 16 settembre presso gli spazi della Comunità, verranno affrontate tematiche relative alle strategie di comunicazione online, al digital fundraising, all’utilizzo dei social network, alla creatività online e alla cross media Strategy. Ampio spazio non solo alla parte formativa e di aggiornamento, ma anche alla presentazione di strumenti digitali utili a tutte quelle realtà che lavorano in ambito non profit e che vogliono migliorare le proprie modalità di approccio al digitale.
Un’intera giornata all’insegna del networking e della condivisione con le ONP vere protagoniste, grazie anche a una tavola rotonda, Digital Onlus, che vede la partecipazione, tra le altre, di Oxfam, Dynamo Camp e di Enrica Zamparini, Responsabile Fundraising e Comunicazione della Comunità San Patrignano: «Oggi le organizzazioni no profit non possono fare a meno del digitale. Grazie al web e ai social network ogni realtà sociale ha un accesso diretto per farsi conoscere sia da chi potrebbe aver bisogno del suo aiuto, sia da chi vorrebbe condividerne la causa e sostenerla. Il dialogo fra le parti è immediato e le opportunità per le Onlus aumentano di giorno in giorno. La difficoltà è riuscire a coglierle e in particolare riuscire a prevedere il comportamento del donatore, rispetto al passato sempre più stimolato e portato a sostenere più associazioni, ma allo stesso tempo sempre più attento alla serietà e realizzazione dei progetti».
Non mancherà un focus dedicato ad altri due temi: Social Innovation e Corporate Social Responsibility.
Roberta Cocco (Assessore Trasformazione digitale del Comune di Milano), Matteo Casagrande (Head of International Business Development di Intesa San Paolo), Marco Gualtieri (Presidente Seeds&Chips), Lucia Silva (Group Head of Social Responsibility di Assicurazioni Generali S.p.a) e Maximo Ibarra parleranno, appunto, di innovazione sociale, mentre Enrico Cereda (Presidente e AD IBM Italia) terrà un intervento intitolato “Digital e Corporate Social Responsibility”.
L’evento, poi, sarà scandito da interventi delle più importanti personalità del settore, tra cui Paolo Iabichino, Chief di Ogilvy&Mather, Marco Camisani-Calzolari, Founder di Firmiamo.it, Marco Quadrella, COO Area Network di Search On Media Group. Interverrà, inoltre, Teresa Bellanova, Viceministro dello Sviluppo Economico, oltre a esponenti del mondo aziendale come Accenture e IGPDecaux e al Managing Director di Google Italia, Fabio Vaccarono.
Avrà luogo anche una Startup Competition, realizzata dal team organizzativo del Web Marketing Festival. Sul palco della Plenaria e alla presenza di importanti professionisti, si confronteranno i 3 progetti innovativi, a forte rilevanza sociale, selezionati. Sarà poi il voto del pubblico presente in sala a decretare la “Best Social Startup del 2017”, che si aggiudicherà il premio in Consulenza Search Marketing del valore di 5.000 € offerto da Search On Media Group.
